Refunds, Returns & Shipping

We are sure you will like our products, but if for some reason you need, or want to return them, please follow the below returns procedure to do so.
To return an item we recommend you email us at info@green-blade.co.uk with your order reference and full name. In the email, explain why you are wanting to return the item and whether you require a refund or exchange for the goods. After receiving the email and authorising the return, we will ask you to send the item back to the below address.

Eligibility for a Refund:
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Customers must have applied the product at least twice and waited at least 3 days for full results.
• Refunds are only available for first-time purchases (limit one refund per household).
• Refunds cover the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
• Buy One Get One Free purchases: Refunds only apply to the purchased bottle. The free bottle is not eligible for a refund and must be returned unused and sealed if a return is required.

Exclusions (Refunds Will Not Be Granted If):
• The product was not used as directed.
• The request is made beyond the 30-day refund window.
• The customer did not wait the full 3 days for results.
• The product was used with other cleaners that may have interfered with results.
• The pet continued urinating in the treated area, causing new odours.
• The refund request is from a repeat customer who has previously purchased and is now requesting a refund.
• The request is for a Buy One Get One Free item.

When returning via any courier, we encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.
*NOTE: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges on returned or replacement products.
We offer a 30 day returns policy from the day you order; however, we will only accept returns for items that are sent back in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. If an item you’ve received has been damaged in transit or is faulty when you get it, please let us know by emailing us at info@green-blade.co.uk (we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage) and we shall replace it.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within ten days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment method, we will contact you to arrange an in-store credit to be used at GreenBlade.store.
