We are sure you will have plenty of questions about the use of our artifical grass cleaner, below are some of our most common questions. The safety of your loved ones is our top priority at GreenBlade. All of our products are pH-neutral and are made with all-natural bacteria, ensuring it’s safe for those who use it, pets and the environment. However, as a precaution, we advise keeping the product out of reach of children and the lid / caps tightly shut. If you have any additional safety concerns our Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) are available upon request.
After your initial application the enzymes are working hard. We do recommend you leave using the area for 30 minutes and sufficient drying time. Our products are completely safe for people, pets, and the environment and eliminate odours with their all-natural enzyme solution, ensuring a clean and fresh-smelling environment for playtime.
The frequency of using Green Blade products depends on various factors such as the square metres of your artificial grass and the number of pets you have. In the beginning, you may need to apply it more frequently but over time the frequency will decrease. If you have one pet, we recommend using GreenBlade CLEANSE and ACTIVE MAX once a month during the warm months and roughly every other month during the colder months. To maintain a fresh and odour-free artificial garden regular maintenance is needed with removal of debris and pet hair that can build up which can clog the draining system in the blades and backing.
Yes, they are a cruelty free brand. Our products are not tested on animals.
Yes, this is a perfect time to use our product range for your specific needs. No pre-watering would be necessary and you can apply the product with the guidance mix ratios given depending on the severity of the odours present. Once applied please keep your dog from the treated area for at least an hour in these conditions. You can always wipe your dog’s paws if the artificial grass is still wet and if necessary.
Our products have a shelf life for approximately 18 months. Do not store below 5°C or above 40°C. Tested to: BS EN 1276 and are manufactured in the UK.
If you have a snow foam lance / gun attachment our products can be used with them. Application details can be found on each of our product pages under the “Directions & Application Information” and “Handy Hints”.
We recommend that all product is kept away from direct use near plant life and is kept to artificial grass areas. If in doubt you can dilute the product that has been applied in that area with water in a watering can.
We recommend applying any GreenBlade product on a dry day. To benefit from the full effectiveness of the product. Applying it when it is raining will only further dilute the mix ratio guide given and it can become weaker than recommended.
